She’s an 11 on a 10 scale

I was greeted warmly by Sarah who got the preliminary information from me and helped to show me where I could get needed services.
Shannon Ross, PA. was a rockstar. She not only attended to my concerns about my health while I was in the office, she called to followup throughout the day to see how I was progressing to get an appointment for an ultrasound. I told her I could get one Wednesday, but she said she wouldn’t be comfortable with that, knowing my family history. So she made an appointment for me near to where I live to get the ultrasound, and gave me a followup call to tell me what the radiologist found, which was no blood clotting. I was stressed out before but her efforts gave me peace. She’s an 11 on a 10 scale. K2 is wonderfully staffed with caring individuals. I hope they all know what an impact they make!
